  • My water heater flooded the apartment while I was at work one night. They didn't get someone out there until after 3 am to suck up the water so I had to wait up until after 5am for him to finish before I could go to sleep. Then my water remained shut off for another day while they waited to get a new heater in there. Once it was done they left industrial blowers in the apartment for 4 days until the carpet was dry. They replaced the linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom only after I pleaded with them multiple times about it bubbling due to water being trapped in there. They came and I had them repaint the baseboards and door molding because the paint had cracked off when the wood expanded. After a half ass paint job, they didn't even want to give me any money off of my rent for the next month due to the inconvenience they had caused me for about a week. When the wood and carpet continued to remain wet, I talked to them and tried to switch apartments because I have a sever mold allergy, but they told me that I would have to pay a cancellation fee and pay the application fees and a higher rate for the new apartment. When I went to give them my 30 day notice to move out, they informed me that a 60 day notice is required then the lady in the office proceeded to argue with me about how they did everything they could to be fair and it was all my fault that I am now stuck paying an extra months rent at this shithole. What kind of place requires a 60 day notice to move out? Nowhere will let you sign a contract 60 days early so I cannot fathom why they need the extra 30 days notice besides it is a scam that they know many people will overlook. I would give this apartment complex zero stars if possible due to the horrible tenant relations of the office staff. The grounds are kept up pretty well but they always seem to do the work early in the morning so you often get woken up by landscaping equipment. The guest parking sucks but it is a pretty quiet complex overall
