  • I've been taking my car to this place for several years for oil changes, tires + tire rotation, brakes and suspension service since they are the closest shop to where I live. There has been 2 or 3 times where I questioned the pricing of some service (got it resolved, or I understood why). Or, getting a "Recommended Service" that wasn't really needed, either based on the mileage of my car or just not needed (such as Power Steering service). But overall, I like 'em as I can usually get either a "walk-in" or early next morning appointment w/o any trouble. I too started getting texts (my preferred method of communication) from the Extended Warranty place. But, I told them that I wasn't interested and that was that. Also, if the service will take too long, they are happy (at least outwardly :) ) to give me a ride home and pick me up when done.
