  • Is there a zero? Worst management team I have ever dealt with. The building is falling apart and they don't clean any common areas. The pool is full of crud and they have never once cleaned the grills. The residents are nice and fun, but if you live in a studio be prepared for it to be VERY loud due to the lack of insulation or carpet. Greystar needs to get it together before they sell this property.
