  • This place is really hit and miss, even with the same stylist !!. Went in for my first cut about 3 months ago which went well, very attentive, provided tips on how to style hair listened to what I needed and a great cut that lasted well. Went in for my second cut and am very dissapointed with the cut. Even as he had said it was done, i pointed out that the hair looked choppy and very roughly cut in places, he said oh its just the way my har falls, and proceeded to snip at the ends to make it better. Once I got home and washed my hair on the second day, it became blatantly clear that the hair does not have soft layers but very blunt cut in or chopped areas. There is no shape and it just looks like someone hacked away at my hair, leaving it looking rough and definitley not worth the hefty price tag. Though the overall experience at the salon is nice, the end result and the reason for coming defnitly is not, one should gain confidence not loose it after a hair cut. Defeinitley not woth the headache of a bad hair cut. Try it once, they seem to pay great attention to new clients, but if you go back its on you..
