My husband and I were shocked by the level of carelessness we received at our last service appointment.
We brought in both vehicles on 2 separate days last week to be serviced.
They swapped out my summer mats for the winter mats, but did not vacuum the summer mats. Just put them in the trunk still dirty.
In my husband's car it was much worse. They left his dirty mats in the car, that stunk of salt and snow, and plopped his winter mats on the passenger seat like an afterthought.
His car smelled horrible for days after the service and we question if they even changed the air filter like they were supposed to. We ultimately realized the dirty mats were the problem--mats that should have been shampooed and vacuumed.
We thought Mercedes was supposed to be the best. What a disappointment.
