  • Good, not great, ramen. Tonkotsu ramen is one of their specialties. Orochong or hot Netsu ramen has a slight hint of spiciness, I guess that's "hot" for Japanese cuisine. Broth has some depth, I wasn't overly thirsty after the meal, so I think they go light on MSG. Service is hurried, although not rude. All energy is reserved for getting you in and out as quickly as possible; not interested in chatting with you or encouraging you to linger on. If I'm in the area again and looking for a quick fulfilling bowl of noodles, I wouldn't hesitate coming here.
