  • A NO SHOW - AND NO CALL after saying "I'll be there between 11 & 4" for TWO days in a row. Not fun in 115° AZ heat. LUCKY my a/c isn't broken, just not running as cool as usual. Hopefully it just needs freon, but this guy didn't know that. I canceled my appt thru AHS & filed a complaint with them, but contractors pay them to be on their "approved" list so I can't hope for much there. AHS did say they would let me decline this company, when I call back to ask for a service call.
