  • Horrible place i will never refer to anyone! i am saddened to have to post this review since i was referred to this office by many of the nurses at Arrowhead Hospital. Everything from setting up the appointment was horrible. I called to make the first appointment the receptionist was rude and talked to me like i was stupid and told me i needed a referral. I called again 2 days later and this receptionist just made the appointment (no referral needed). so i dont understand why the last one was so rude about it. When i went in for my appointment all the ladies were standing around chit chatting seeing that i had my hands full with my purse, diaper bag, car seat carrier AND a baby they ignored it as i struggled to get any doors open. The dr finally came in to see my baby she didnt even touch him i was holding him the entire time. It was very weird since this was his first appointment, arent they supposed to "inspect" him? He is a newborn and a preemie at that and all she did was stare at him from LOL. She just asked if i had questions which i did i brought up an issue he had with his eye and she just shrugged it off. and the most horrible part of this visit,,, i was so busy opening doors and carrying all my "luggage" that i accidentally forgot my phone. I drove home and noticed i had forgot it, i called the office to find out if they had it they said no they didnt. Little did they know i have the "find my phone" app and as soon as the person who stole it turned it on, it told me where it was located. and you guessed it!! it was in their office! after a week of chasing down my phone i call the office and told them my phone has been tracked to someone who comes and goes from the office (an employee maybe) the office manager tells me she will investigate and give me a call back.Finally after filing a poiice report, i get a call back a few days later, the office manager tells me that an employee did steal my phone. They never helped to get it back the person who stole it just left it at the target on 99th and Northern (coincidentally right next to the other Pleasant Pediatrics location). Worst of all they deleted everything from my phone including the first pictures of my baby and his birth! Never received an apology or a follow up from anybody in that office. Horrible place with the worst customer service ever!
