  • It is true that you can find some good deals here and the selling prices are more generous than some other stores but I have to concur with several other reviewers here--the customer service is really, really bad. Nine times out of ten whenever I wanted to buy a game and be on my way the staff couldn't be bothered to fill out my order, either chatting with friends, playing videogames on their own or even, as one reviewer stated, going out of their way to be jerks. The final straw for me was when I was laughed at when trying to cash in a genuine Nintendo coupon for MARIO KART WII. They get an extra star for the deals but IMO it's not worth it if they treat you like dirt.
