  • We had dinner here our last night in Vegas, and it was such an excellent choice. Everything from the food and the customer service to the decor was fabulous. We started out with salmon cheese sticks, and they were so good that I contemplated getting another order. I had to restrain myself. We moved on to the sushi rolls. We had the salmon tempura, calamari tempura, and tiger eye rolls. The rolls were fresh and delicious. Amazingly delicious. Kaizen has become one of the best sushi restaurants I've been to. It is located a few minutes off the Strip and is definitely worth the trip. Usually, I don't go to restaurants more than once when I'm vacationing since there are so many options, but we've already mentioned Kaizen for our next trip.
