So, I've never quite had a bad experience here until recently when my friend and I came to watch the new IT movie on the premier night and all theaters were showing the movie like 30 minutes apart and they had a power surge (not their fault obviously) but still that sucks. And so they were anding everyone out free movie admissions and I just happen to work late nights so about 3 days later I decided to come back with my friend again at their 10:30pm showing which we didn't want to sit through the hour and a half that we had already seen before the power went out, we still have about another hour and 15 minutes of the movie we still needed to see. So we tried coming in at about 11:15pm about 30 mins in and just rewatch the rest of it. And the employees had all the doors locked and wouldn't answer the phone and totally saw us at the door trying to get in and finally the manager Matt came up to the door and and said how can I help you and we said we just wanted to see the rest of our movie the night that the power went out. It's not like we had to purchase tickets because we had the free admission ones... and he said sorry we are closed sorry for the inconvenience and we were kind of taken back at the fact that they messed up when the power went out so now we have to rewatch the entire movie?? Doesn't make much since and they weren't taking no for an answer kinda sucks but like I feel like they should have tried harder to let us in the theater? Like leave a not with two free tickets for the manager in the morning and say hey these two wanted to finish their movie the night our power went out and sign off on them? Feel like more could have been done. Disappointed.
