  • I toured a lot of preschools, this one is not good. I have heard good things about them (elementary school), but I was not impressed on my tour. Price is about 17k a year, which is on par with my expectation. I did not like they had a 1 to 10 ratio in the younger 2 year old classroom, the playground and classroom for that age group are also tiny. 2 year olds are working on potty training, even sadly in Nevada it is legal to only have one staff taking care of 10 kids, it is simply outrageously low quality care. The kids there also didn't seem happy (which was really sad), it was way too crowded, and teachers were not actively engaging with the kids, but rather chasing them around or just sitting and watching the kids. (i toured infant room to both 2 year old rooms) There are much much better places in town, I have been to places where kids seem to be genuinely happy and love to play with their classmates. At Merryhill's price, please tour more places. Please!!! I was shocked that anyone would want to send their babies here... I gave this place 2 stars because it is definitely not the worst place I toured, but still on the bottom.
