  • Why is this business still up and running? I had a flat tire near 31st Ave and Baseline. When I called Statefarm for roadside assistance they assured me they were sending someone out to help me shortly. I then received an automatic message from Charity Towing letting me know they had received my request and below had a number to reach them. An hour later, after repeatedly checking my mirrors looking out for this tow truck to come by I call the number listed and what happens? I get hung up on. I call again and ask for info as to where or when was the tow truck coming. Very rudely! The woman on the phone answers me and tells me it was going to be a two hour long wait! I continued by telling her that I had called an hour ago and cut me off in the middle by repeating "Did you hear me? It's going to be another two hours" and then hung up. This is the absolute worst customer service I've ever received. And from the sound of it no one else is getting any better service. Seriously? How the hell is this so called "business" still open?!
