  • I made an appointment to have a tire replaced due to a puncture in the sidewall. Three hours later they come out to tell me that they have to replace the tire. Really...Three hours to state the obvious. Why do you make appointments that you clearly can't keep? On top of this, it took three days to make the appointment since they never picked up the phone in the service department. The call just transferred to someone who clearly had no idea what is going on. Find somewhere else to take your car!!!
