  • This is one of the very best sushi restaurants I've ever been to. The fish is cut so beautifully, your teeth sink right in. The portions are very generous. There aren't a million rolls to choose from but what they do offer is delicious and fresh. We always get the salmon Kama too! This dish takes about a half hour to get to our table but it is so worth the wait. Crispy, fatty and oh so tasty! Taylor is an amazing and intuitive server who will make suggestions for you if you like. It's my favorite restaurant in Boulder City.
