We reserved a king nonsmoking room for a conference way ahead of time. When we checked in were told only had queen nonsmoking or king smoking. Told us to pick one of those for 1st night then we could switch the next day. Manager said "he'd do something for us". Well next day we got stuck in a king room basically in the basement (3rd floor) with a view of the ac units. Rooms are large but old. Bed was uncomfortable and cheap pillows. The curtain was broken in 3 spots just hanging there. No coffee makers in rooms and line at their Starbucks was awful in mornings. The gap under the room that adjoined ours was so large you could actually see shadows of their shoes and hear their TV and whenever they flushed toilet. The two times we tried to use the pool area/spa, they were closed. Casino just feels old, smelly & dirty. Will never stay here again even if last hotel in vegas. If you're looking for affordable place, South Point is much nicer and much cheaper.
