  • Used the car service two times in one night. Good and reliable experience both times. We had a bit issue locating our car. That was our very first time using Uber and we did not know what a black car should look like. The second driver's service was impressively outstanding. We were like riding a limousine! The driver came out and opened our doors and he was super friendly:) He gave me his name card. I should post his name card here if I find it! The Uber app let us see when our car was coming over near our location. My bf received a welcome credit when he registered for his Uber account. Both drivers let us use our credit without hassle. The Uber customer service is prompt and I am very impressed. I am going to use my $30 first ride next time, and am happy to keep using Uber whenever necessary. So far, I am very happy with the service!
