  • Car buying can be worse than looking at new houses, buying a phone, going to the dentist, and bikini shopping all on the same day. Carlos and Seth at Subaru Superstore in Chandler made the process of making a major, expensive commitment as painless as possible - and what's better, I'm totally psyched about my new Subaru Outback! I've never had total dealer support before. I bought my last Outback used and drove it for 13 years. Even though I serviced it once at the place it was originally purchased, I never felt like they cared whether I came there or not. It's going to be worth it to me to drive across town to the Subaru Superstore over the years I own my Outback because of the way they treated me before, during, and after I bought my car from them. Really nice to work with a corporate entity that is also a family owned business. And really great to not have my phone and email blown up with frantic sales pitches just because I contacted a dealership! These guys are in the car business. They know their stuff. It's not like they're push-overs. But they are real and they are nice and they are a serious pleasure to do business with!
