rev:text	Worst property management I have ever seen, House had cockroaches and food in the fridge from the tenant before (my neighbor told me they had not lived there for months) but on my moving day I had to overlook this as i already signed the lease. They threw the word fines around on almost every communication from them. Beware of your conversations on the member portal make sure to copy them down as soon as they post your balance of any repairs from the walk out inspection they immediately shut down the portal so you have no proof of you spoke with and what about. Its been three weeks since i gave them my forwarding address to send me my deposit and called them today and they are now trying to charge a different amount then they first told me. They never even showed up for their own maintenance inspection though but its disclosed if I did not show up I would be fined $75. Repairs were never made. Front door hung off the hinge from day one, went six months without a working garbage disposal. RUN, I mean FLEE as fast as you can. Slumlords, never dealt with a company so unprofessional lacking communication skills. New Agent every time I called the office, Got hung up on by the property manager Sharon. She is a real gem, even lied and said she had never spoken to me before, although it was only 3 weeks previous. Sad they cant do right by the tenants nor the property owners. My neighbor broke her lease because she could not handle the management, then I realized it was not just me. Rated a D on BBB enough said. Now after waiting almost a month for my deposit they are not only taking my full deposit of 350 but making me pay an addition 250! 175 for landscaping of a yard of nothing but gravel. 80 dollars for a screen door that I had asked them to replace before moving in and 30 dollars for a door alarm that never worked and had the maintenance man look at the first visit he was there. 45 for light bulb replacement every bulb worked and there was only five light fixtures in the whole joint. . Run so fast I've never been treated like this in my whole life and I have rented for years.
