  • Ok so previous experiences here never would have made over 2 stars, but today, thanks to Erin, I definitely had a 5 star experience! For the first time in the 2 years I've been having my jewelry inspected here I've never been greeted with a smiling face or been made to feel welcome UNTIL TODAY! Seriously, if Erin is representative of this location then they are really on the right track! Friendly, personable, even shook my hand when she introduced herself which just about made my jaw drop because it seems that kind of courtesy is a lost art nowadays!
