  • Listen guys. Snow Bros is AMAAAAAZING. I've had it probably 5 times now and a different combo each time. I love it because it's now super sweet or heavy, but it is such a refreshing treat! From what I'm told, Shaved Snow is a Taiwanese treat that is taking off on the coasts and has now made its way to Cleveland! It's basically ice cream that is shaved into ribbons from a frozen block, so it's really kind of fluffy and smooth. Then, they cover it in delicious toppings, like fruit, mochi, boba, red bean, crunchy cereal, nuts, and a sweet drizzle like sweetened condensed milk. I've built my own, but then I started going with their "specials" and I really think you can't go wrong there! My favorites have been the matcha green tea special, and the cold brew coffee special (made with Rising star... Yummm!). So glad to have Snow Bros in Cleveland!
