The ambiance is nice.
Nail polish selection decent.
The service leaves much to be desired.
I arrive and the nail tech they assign me has a giant lollipop in her mouth.
I get the tea treatment pedicure. They put fresh fruit and things in the water.then there is this exfoliating scrub. Next came a hot towel(heaven) last but not least a nice calf and foot massage.
Tech just finishes sucker after pedicure.
So instead of moving to a table I end up getting a manicure while I'm still seated in pedicure massage chair. This wouldn't have been such an issue if the massage chair was on. Or instead of me contorting my arms so she could paint my nails if she would have moved her rolling chair from one side to the other... Duh
Sitting in the chair I was able to view everything, and let me say I did not see new freshly cleaned and sterilized tools being opened and used on customers.. Should have been the red flag!
Now having that feeling of being ready to beat myself up for experimenting here I quickly tip ( because I'm not cruel) and run away quickly. Funny how they scream see you soon on the way out.. Not gonna happen!
Once I get into my car I look and notice some are not cleaned around the sides properly, some are cleaned too well to where polish is missing off the side of my nails.. Now did I mention my tech wore glasses...? Lol
People are nice enough but I'll pass. Been there, done that, don't wanna go back.
