  • Terrible and I mean TEAR A BULL. Really bad even. run don't walk away. So today I get an E Mail from James wanting to know my full name and address email etc birthdate. Sorry James even terrible care is better than no care at all. So I will decline to write you. However every time you go to a Southwest Doctor you are sent a questionnaire asking how your experience at the office that day was. I have filled out every one sent to me with details of just how bad the doctor, nurse and a couple of desk staff were. I have supplied ample information with details. Apparently no one reads and or follows up with the surveys. So don't expect me to supply you with a ay to make my life even worse than a visit with Southwest.
