rev:text	I wouldn't even put 1 star if I had the choice. 1st time customer. Walked in the door and got greeted by 3 people. They all talked at once to ask me what I was in for. I let them know a pedicure. They walked me to the back room and asked if I'd like a water bottle. The girl came back and handed me a little cup and said sorry they were out of water bottles. Cool, that's fine. Happens sometimes.. People run out of water bottles. I sat in their back room for about 10-12 mins and a girl came back and told me that the girl who was going to do my pedicure left for a family emergency. I could tell she wasn't being honest due to her inability to look me in the eyes and tell me. Also, WHY did the manager send her to tell me? That's what blew my mind. She then offered me to go to someone in there for a free blow out instead of saying you know what, because we made you wait we'll go ahead and comp you next appointment to make up for this mishap or at least some kind of discount. I can do my hair for free... I wanted a pedicure. I rushed over there after work, I drove across town, I got a babysitter for my 9 month old and wanted to get a pedicure before my birthday cruise on Monday. She didn't even seem interested when I told her it was a bummer and I couldn't reschedule the next day since I was so busy and I was leaving out of town on Monday. I had to ask for a business card and wasn't even told to call them to see what they can do. Her sorries were not even sincere and just seemed like she wanted to rush me out the door. I will never go in there again. I was able to go see a sweet girl who came in just to do a pedicure on me today at Parisian Day Spa right up the street from you guys and recommend everyone to go there! Thanks!
