  • Carolina's is my all time favorite place to eat however the quality of the food in the Mesa location is below par of the Mojave location. I have been to the Mesa location many times and each time the butter tortillas are not served hot and have barely any butter on them and the shredded beef tacos are messy (cheese all over the paper fold) and not enough meat in them. It seems they have more front staff than needed, and no one is on the same page. There is a particular female employee that enjoys yelling the pick-up numbers at the top of her lungs, very distracting and unneeded.
