rev:text	I moved into Citrine just over a month ago. Samantha in the leasing office is great - she answered my dozens of questions before moving in and was always helpful and friendly. The building is clean, the amenities are great, and other people in the community are all friendly thus far. My apartment has beautiful interiors (floors, kitchen, etc.), the huge closet is amazing, the balcony view is gorgeous and I love being able to access the pool, grill and espresso machine any time. I've never seen a bug in the hallway or in my apartment (I hate bugs, and saw a lot of reviews about them at different properties when I was apartment hunting!) and the added security of the parking garage and fob system was a huge selling point for me. One review mentioned the carpet being cheap and getting dirty easily, and I just don't wear shoes on mine and it's looks good as new. Another review said the walls are paper thin, but I can't hear anyone next to me. Every once in a while I can hear the TV or foot steps of someone above me, but it's never very long and it seems that would normal to expect with an apartment every now and then. Another review mentioned the bike rack being broken in to, and I just keep my bike on the balcony and love being able to take it out in the neighborhood because there's a lot of coffee shops and places to eat nearby. A friend and fellow resident recommended this place to me, and I couldn't be happier that I moved in. I just love my apartment and highly recommend this place to anyone looking in the area.
