  • Where do I begin? Entire community smells like dog s*** & piss and cat s*** & piss. Even tho the community offers pet pooh bags, nobody uses them; there is literally animal feces everywhere. Feral cats roam this community at will. And I'm pretty sure I saw one of the residents selling drugs. O, and let's not forget the pungent odor of marijuana from people smoking at the pool each weekend. This place is for riff raff, druggies, and single parents, which is evident by the amount of children running around unsupervised day and night. If you are looking for an over priced community living amongst the lower rungs of society, this is your place. Still can't fathom why my friend remains living here. I guess if you spend most your time working and traveling, It's not so bad. I distain my visits to this community. On a positive note, the grounds keepers make an attempt at manicuring the community to give a deceptive appearance of a quality place to live. Definitely akin to putting lipstick on a pig.
