  • Several years ago another surgeon did a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy on my son. The adenoid grew back within the year and the second specialist , Dr. Mancuso, was then consulted said that too much tissue had been left behind at the original surgery. He then advised us to take a wait and see approach as our son was approaching puberty and this naturally shrinks after that. He was correct. I had no issue with his manner and found him to be professional. He did not subject my son to unnecessary procedures or stress.
