  • If there was an option to give "0" stars, that is what I would rate... I had a maintenance issue with the water flow in the shower with a heavy streaming flow of water even though the water was shut off at the shower handle - valve. I followed up 3 times and still after a full day there has been no attention paid by the hotel...am here for another 2 days so hopefully will be addressed soon...the sound is super irritating...
