The looks of this place make it nice to live here. But looks are deceiving. The constant change in office staff ( one staff member is very rude and I refused to work with her, you'll figure out who), and the neighbors fighting and partying at all hours of the night.
I developed a serious health problem that rendered me disabled and prevented me from climbing stairs. I asked about ways to end my lease or move to the first floor. The next first floor to be available was going to cost over $1000 and no leeway was given to provide a discount.
As I moved out I realized that someone had gone through my apartment and STOLEN several items!! When I contacted the management all they had were excuses. So lock up your valuables if you want to keep them. They even stole a can opener!
After being promised that I would be given time to pay for ending my lease my final bill was sent from their collections department. This is an excellent example of not judging a book by its cover. Pretty on the outside does not mean the same on the inside.
