| - I have a GL550 that was damaged in a car wash. I originally was sent to Schumacher European Ltd aka Mercedes, and was treated so poorly and turned away. They said they wouldn't touch a Mercedes that is having electrical issues. I couldn't believe it. A company that doesn't back its own brand that they repair and sale! So, I went to Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale. I am so glad I did. I was kindly greeted, offered water, and escorted to Jacob in service. Jacob offered a listening ear to my problem and had a specialist talk in front of me, instead of away from me. Talk about transparency! Jacob verified that Geico insurance would pay for the diagnostic and checked my car in. In other words, not only did he protect his company, but he protected me as well. I am more than pleased with my service. I will leave an update at the conclusion of my business dealings with MB of Scottsdale. Please go here!!! They aren't rude, they don't waste your time, and they protect your investment. The opposite of their competitor. ASK FOR JACOB. Lastly, I am leaving this because it is truly how I feel, never once asked too.
