It's basic customer service guys. Don't treat your customers like shit.
Long story short. I went in to deposit $300 cash. I always go to the ATM because its just so easy... but they weren't taking deposits, so I went to the teller. A guy named German (who I have NO problem with at all - nice fellow)
For whatever reason the deposit ended up going into my mother's checking account and not mine. Not sure how this happens as I swiped my card. Whatever... but no big deal, I noticed on the way out that the 'balance' was not right and something looked wrong, so I went back in and did use the ATM to check my checking balance and the balance on the deposit slip clearly was not my account... so the money clearly was deposited incorrectly into the wrong checking account - my moms.
German was with another customer and a lady was next to him and she waved me over - I should have waited for German.
I showed her the deposit slip and told her that the money somehow got put in the wrong account, and she looked at it, asked me to swipe my card, and then with a rudest attitude from hell told me it did go into the right account.
I then told her that can't be right. I asked her what account did it get deposited in? The look she gave me...
Instead of figuring out what the problem was (the deposit went in my mother's account and not mine), she proceeded to give me the nastiest attitude and look and then said, "OK, I transferred the money." She didn't say from where she transferred it... just a snotty 'here you go' flip response.
So, I'm the problem for noticing the deposit went into the wrong account.
So whoever was working German on 5/2 at 3:00... you've got a real problem on your hands with her.
