| - Until yesterday, I hadn't treated myself to a professional pedicure in three years. Last time (elsewhere) I had an allergic reaction to the nail polish and it made me sheepish about getting more pedis. But, yesterday, I decided to take the plunge and give it another shot. As usual, I turned to Yelp for guidance on where to go and, based on my research, I chose Nail enV. It was a Friday afternoon and, man, that place was hopping! The staff were professional, pleasant and diligent. It seemed like there were lots of regular clients -- and as people came and went they seemed glad to be there and pleased with the results of their services. I can't remember the name of the pedi I had but it was #3 on their menu ($30). Back story, I damaged my toenails back in October with a night of dancing in socks that apparently were too tight against my toes -- weird, huh?! I won't get into details because it even makes me a little woozy but I presented the nail tech with toenails that ranged from normal to almost gone to totally gone. My nail tech didn't flinch at the job before him, was very careful and meticulous, and made all 10 nails look normal. I did notice, after I left, that my heels were still a little rough. Just a little. But, in all fairness, my nail tech did spend quite a bit of time cleaning up my toes so I think it was a fair trade-out. I'm very happy with my pedi and my experience and do plan on going back to Nail enV for more services.
