| - I went to return deodorant that I bought here that I found $4 cheaper every other place. George was my cashier, couldn't figure out how to return my items, so did them in separate transactions. He somehow locked up his computer on the second one and had to call a manager. The young, blonde, spiky haired manager came to help and as soon as he gets up there, I explain what happened and that the one just needs to be returned. The manager then looked at me and goes, "You know if I return these, I can't resell them, right?" That threw me off. I've worked in grocery customer service and as long as the safety seal is on, no, you don't have to throw it out and you also aren't supposed to guilt the customer into not returning items!
After some back and forth, I then just gave up and told him to give me my items back and I didn't want to return them with him. To which he refused to do and argued to take them back.
He was rude and annoying, worst manager I've ever met and I have NO idea how he got to management with his lack of customer service skills!!
