  • This is not the place to come to if your dying and really not dying. They took over 2-1/2 hours just to call us back so that we can sit in the back room for another hour "ridiculous" I will not be returning here. This place operates like an abandoned hospital. I would strongly recommend that unless you are seriously bleeding to death and this is the only place that is really near then you should probably go there. However if you are not dying wait until the next business day where you can seek care at your own primary care's office or I would strongly recommend you go to an URGENT CARE facility. I've been to the next care urgent care right across the street from Saint Joe's hospital on Thomas Rd they are great excellent service every single time I never wait more than half an hour to go back and never wait more than one hour total ever. They have Nurse practitioners that can help you as well. The Dignity Health Hospital will not notify you of your out-of-pocket cost until after you have been seen which they should tell you upfront what your coinsurances or deductibles will be before allowing you to go back over a possible broken toe that will cost you hundreds of dollars when you could have waited to see your PCP because you were not dying. DO NOT COME here if you have insurance go to an Urgent Care it's the same care for less money and less wait times.
