  • Best buffet so far in Vegas (yeah,I think it beat the Bellagio and Rio). We popped in for a Friday lunch and were amazed. Don't look for king crab legs or lobster (although probably present at Sunday Brunch). Plenty of dishes are good enough to order at a fine restaurant. You don't need to settle for fair buffet food (like, "it was good for a buffet" or "I ate three pounds of salty crab legs and got my money's worth"). - Short ribs - amazingly tender and tasty! - Singapore style noodles - as good as any chinese restaurant. - Tomato basil soup - just a fantastic version with a nice savory flavor. - Artisan breads (man, do I live that olive baked into the bread). - Creamed spinach - while not SF House of Prime Rib, it was still pretty tasty. - Tri tip instead of prime rib convinced me! Good texture and flavor. - Gnocchi? At a buffet? You better believe it. - All you want beer and wine included. - Any espresso drink at the dessert area. $16 for lunch was a steal. Nice high ceilings and plenty of ventilation in the room. The food layout prevents bunching up of people getting food. Can't wait to come back for more!
