| - Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport is located on Toronto Island and is the headquarter site for Porter Airlines (a regional airline company). They have a pedestrian tunnel that connects to the Toronto mainland for easier access, as well as airport lounges that is complimentary for all the passengers (offering coffee, teas, juices, and light snacks). There is also a cafe that offers sandwiches and bottled specialty beverages, as well as an espresso bar. The hubs and I had a layover here, and while the complimentary snacks and beverages was a nice touch, the status updates on flights, especially on the delay estimates, were not given. It was also disorganized in terms of which gate to proceed to to board the plane, and there is no specific process - it is more of a first-come, first-serve basis, and passengers tend to take advantage of this by cutting in line. If you're forced to include a layover, this may be your only bet within the area, but I highly recommend getting a direct flight to avoid any headaches!
+complimentary lounge for passengers with wi-fi, snacks, and beverages
+unorganized status updates on flights
+no process for boarding the plane
+cutting passengers (!!!)
