  • A few of my coworkers and I were in town this past week, and spent Thursday night at Hollywood Lanes. First, I want to talk about the affordability: I'm sure this isn't the norm, but they were running a special that night: 2 hours of bowling, shoe rental, and unlimited drinks for $25! Again, definitely a special! But even with that, the place wasn't crowded. Next, the staff. Jeff, the owner was so hospitable and took time to get to know us. He even gave us his number so we could pick his brain about the city of Pittsburgh! Lindsay ran the cashier area for the bowling alley and was kind and helped us get everyone set up correctly for bowling! The bartender, excuse me for forgetting his name, was just as kind and kept us in drinks all night. The history of Hollywood Lanes was fun to learn about. If you want to go somewhere historic, clean, and fun, this is the place to go!!!
