  • Justin talked to me on the phone about my washing machine issue and gave me some advice which in the end did not result in a service call nor money made for his company, but did result in me avoiding a cost that was not needed. What a great guy! Not over eager to make a buck but happy to serve someone in need. I'll be recommending this company to others.
