  • I'm sitting in Proper and I'm extremely impressed with the service and food. Amy is our waitress, and she is phenomenal. She didn't rush us, and answered all our questions with a smile. The general manager, Kevin stopped by and was friendly and helpful beyond our expectations! I can't recommend this place enough! The food was great!!! Get there early if you want to get a table.
