  • The most amazing service and commitment to the customer... Long story short, they sought to eliminate a really bad creek in my bottom bracket area on my Cannondale Scalpel Lefty Mountain Bike. They really did go above and beyond! Rob, their mechanic, And a tremendous one at that, even consulted with a reputable Cannondale mechanic to help find the culprit. Something that another reputable dealership could not seem do for me. It would take several more paragraphs to depict all that they did to eliminate this issue on my bike (even swapping out parts from their own personal rides to help locate the problem). Suffice it to say, they thoroughly impressed me and were extraordinarily fair in their pricing and outstanding in their communication. If you want a local shop to support, really give this one a try. Plus, I have rarely been in the shop when they haven't offered me a beer! Icing on the cake? I think so.
