I went to the Sally Beauty Supply today( Sunday 2/8/15) with every intention of spending approx $100 in products I needed if not more. Had some birthday money to spend..
I asked for assistance finding color shampoo and a conditioner to help fix dry damaged color treated hair. The girl was friendly but not as knowledgeable as I expected about their products. So I didn't get much help in that department. Then I thought I would buy a new hairdryer and curling iron. They had signs up on Two different brands of both that if you bought a hair dryer you would get the curling iron for free. Spent a lot of time looking over both and deciding what I wanted. I even asked the same girl for help and she even thought that I would get the deal. ...Until we went to the register and she said oh this is an old sign that is still up and you can't have this deal. I asked them to please honor it since the sign was clearly posted by the product. She called her manager and even the manager said no to the deal! The manager said come in tomorrow and I will talk to you. I don't need to talk to anyone...either you honor your posted prices or you dont. If you don't that is really bad business and very poor customer service!!!
I wouldn't go to this store again, I will either find another location or stop going to Sally's altogether and I suggest you all do the same!
