  • I've been to Evoke a handful of times since they open, and I really love the place. Can't understand why it's not more crowded! Evoke markets itself as a chic, new-age steakhouse. I'd say the emphasis is on the CHIC. Great decor. Some of my favorite dishes are: Gnocchi with jumbo lump crab and smoked pancetta; Escolar Crudo; Peruvian Ceviche; Diver Scallop Crudo; beef tenderloin Bucatini; 21-day Dry-aged NY Strip.
