  • The staff is not the friendliest. My theater was FREEZING. I notified staff of it twice, nothing was changed. I felt that the vibe that the staff gives off is negative. I understand that they remove people from the theater for phone usage, but the way they explained it was very rude. I also think reserving the seats is very inconvenient. The nice seats are basically the only thing I like here. One word: overrated! Won't be returning.
