  • Never going back to this hotel! They cleaned our room when we had the do not disturb sign hanging on our door! They barely apologized for the invasion of privacy! Fast forward two days later we left the sign off the door so our room could be cleaned and we could get new towels. That didn't even clean the room! When we asked why our room wasn't cleaned, they said that our room was marked to not be serviced for the duration of our stay! We never requested that of the front desk. So we had to leave our room for an hour while our room was cleaned. Such an inconvenience. and the front desk staff didn't apologize for all the inconveniences we had to deal with during our entire stay. Horrible customer service
