  • Make that Rez Now! Le Village Buffet is the only buffet that takes reservations. If you plan to go during busy hours, I suggest making a rez through Open Table, up through the day before. What a well-designed & delicious buffet! Each station represents 1 of the Provinces of France. I chose a table outside in the Town Square, & enjoyed watching people stroll through the French Village themed Hotel. As the table was just past 2 private Dining rooms, 2 Servers took care of me & we enjoyed a friendly chat. Ambiance was just right. All the Soups were rich & definitely French. The Cioppini was my favorite ~ it was full of tasty seafood. The Prime Rib was well seasoned & very tender. The Crepe Chef was amazing! He turned them out perfectly, cooking 2 @ a time. Mine was filled with strawberries & powdered sugar, & topped with whipped cream.
