The boyfriend loves this place and we like to make a trip to the Oyster Bar inside the Palace Station. The first time we didn't have to wait very long, but the second time we waited over an hour to get seated and then another hour to get our food.
Both times that we've dined here, the food has been amazing and by far the best places to get a seafood "stew" type dish (http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/awI4hHMfa7H0Xf0-ChU5hg?select=0JYwGw6l0a1dpuCwqhZ2Yw#0JYwGw6l0a1dpuCwqhZ2Yw). The highlight of dining at the Oyster Bar is their open kitchen, you get to see the chef prepare your food as you enjoy drinks and complimentary bread. They only have 6 pots going at one time and the design of the pots are tilt-able for easy cleaning and serving.
Many people designate a person or two to wait in line while others in your party gamble! A good way to earn those points to comp your meal! =D
