  • H and I is a breath of fresh air when it comes to car repair. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They have competitive pricing, but more importantly they back it up. I have taken my vehicles into shops where their warranties are good for 30 days- and you have to fight with them to get them to honor it. Not here. The technicians take pride in their work- they want to get everything right. The owner, spencer, has great relationships with all of the customers. I live 40 minutes away, but worth the drive. One of the things I like best is that they have to goal to keep your vehicle running as long as you own it. They make recommendations and honest assessment of the severity of the issues, they don't try to push you to make repairs that aren't necessary. I really like that I don't get any push back when I turn down repairs or push them back until next time. They have loaner cars if you need, which makes things even more convenient. If you are fed up with pricey dealerships or other guys who do shoddy work- come here!
