  • FIVE STARS?! ELITE?! What is this some sort of joke?! DASH PASS gets five stars. Went in to renew license and get that new REAL ID. Checked in a little before my appointment. After check in, my number was IMMEDIATELY called. I sat quietly (and nervously) while they processed my paperwork. Picture taken. ID is in the mail. In and out in less than 20 minutes. It took longer to get to the DMV round trip than I spent in the DMV. And this was on a Saturday, mind you. Without Dash Pass? The horrible experience you are accustomed to. Embrace technology with Dash Pass. Embrace a new DMV experience.
