  • Cleo where culinary innovation meets superior service. Vegas food can be a truly amazing experience but it can often be lost with arrogant or apathetic staff. Cleo is a star at the North end of the strip. The food is best described as classic Mediterranean with subtle twists that create complex flavour profiles that make every bite memorable. The chef at Cleo does an amazing job of rolling three or four distinct profiles in every dish. Hummus - fantastic creaminess with a hint of cumin Spicy Cigars - crispy filo wrapped around a finely textured wagyu beef Shrimp Kabob - perfectly cooked slightly sweet shrimp Brussels Sprouts - flash fried leafs in a lemony brine Lamb Tartare - fresh mild lamb Hangar Steak and crispy potatoes - so tender with a bold beefy profile Service - As good as I have had on the strip. Our server Ricardo was attentive and knowledgeable. His food descriptions were spot on he knows hi menu! The house manager was also friendly. I just can't say enough about Cleo, it's a can't miss if your into food and in Vegas! Cleo can be recommended for a great fine dining experience.
